What is a batching machine?
High volume concrete production machines are designed to be portable and cost less for a project. These devices are called batching devices. In fact, each stage of pouring concrete is called a batch. And because the batching machine performs the pouring of concrete one after the other, it is called a batching plant.
Introduction of different parts of batching plant
Cement silo
Water storage source
Sand tanks
Cement scale
Sand scale
Water meter
Mixer boiler
Operator room
Conveyor augers Cement
The constituent parts of a batching plant device for concrete production.
Silos are used to store cement and depending on the scope of the project, the number of silos can be increased.
The water required for each batch is also available in the water storage source and after measurement, it enters the mixer automatically. The sand needed for concrete production is stored in sand tanks. The sand needed for each batch is measured by a sand scale and transferred to the mixer. Also, different types of cement are stored in separate sections in the cement silo. Cement transfer spirals are used to transfer cement from the silos to the scale.
Sand, cement and water are mixed together in the mixer pot.
Control of given volumes and quantity. The process is done by the room operator who is a person.

Getting to know the working method of the batching machine
This method and process usually happens in all batching machines. And it is only possible that there are differences in the time and speed of the process. So, stay with us to explain the working method of this machine in a work cycle.
In the beginning, the materials that can include almond sand or peas, etc. It is directed to the conveyor belt by a valve that measures the required amount. The material is poured into the mixer by the conveyor belt, and on the other hand, the cement stored in the silo is poured into the scale through the screw. And after measuring the weight, it is poured into the mixer. In the next step, water and other necessary materials are poured into the mixer and mixing is done in a certain period of time.
After the mixing operation is finished, the mixer valve is opened by the operator of the batching machine. And the ready concrete is transferred to a truck or truck mixer or a device prepared for this purpose.
